The Young and the Restless spoilers for August 18, 2021, are out, and they reveal that Rey will be after the truth. Mariah’s case has been officially registered. So, Rey will grab the pace to find Sharon’s daughter. He will start questioning Adam as a suspect.

Rey Starts The Investigation

Starting off the Wednesday episode will be Rey, who will continue to work on Mariah’s disappearance case. Now that the investigation is official, spoilers suggest that Rey will start getting serious and start speaking to various suspects. But, of course, every time something happens, Rey straight away thinks of Adam. So, Y&R spoilers suggest that Rey will stop by Newman Media and grill Adam.

Rey will most probably accuse Adam of having something to do with Mariah’s disappearance. He might come up with a theory and say that Adam wants to be the hero who has saved another Sharon’s daughters. He will even think that Adam is creating all this chaos just so he can be the one who resolves it.

However, Adam will set the record straight. He will tell Rey that he doesn’t know anything about what he is talking about. However, Adam will be quite concerned about Sharon, and he will want to help his ex. So, it looks like he will convince Victor to provide his resources to find Mariah. 

The Young And The Restless: Phyllis Throws Sally Out

While Rey solves Mariah’s case, Phyllis will be on a mission of her own. She recently exposed Sally and Tara. But it doesn’t look like she is done. The Young and the Restless spoilers suggest that Phyllis will throw Sally out of The Grand Phoenix in the upcoming episode. Phyllis will ask someone to pack their bags. So, this makes sense that Sally will be homeless soon. This would leave Sally in a tough place. She wouldn’t know where she would live now. But, as always, Sally will be able to figure something out soon. 

Jack Makes A Promise

On the other end will be Jack, who will make Ashland a promise. It looks like Jack will tell Ashland that Harrison will be in good hands with Summer and Kyle. He might also assure Ashland that he will always be a part of Harrison’s life no matter what happens next. It has started looking like Ashland is faking his illness. But, as reported by Celebdirtylaundry, he will continue acting like he is a changed man for now. So, Ashland, better be careful. Because if his secret comes out, he might be in a very tough position.
