90 Day Fiance: Maria Talks Of Experiencing War In Ukraine, Saw Bombings From Her Apartment

Ever since Russia and Ukraine went to war, the entire world has been concerned about the scenario. Moreover, the 90 Day Fiance fanbase was also in a worrisome state. That’s because a lot of stars who were in the show are from there and living in a war-prone country. In fact, TV Season & Spoilers reports that Maria Divine is also one of them. During the Ukraine special episode of 90 Day Diaries, she opened up about experiencing the turmoil in her country firsthand. During her confessional, the woman talked about finding out about the war through her friend.

Then she revealed that the war began on February 24. Apparently, she has been living by herself in Kyiv since then. Eventually, she found it hard to believe something like this could happen in such a big country in Europe during such a time. However, everything came crashing down for the cast member after hearing and witnessing explosions and bombs. Later on, she could see the destruction of multiple buildings from her “apartment window”. Moreover, all of it was happening around 2-3 am at night. In fact, she also provided a harrowing clip of the same.

Additionally, living in Ukraine is also getting hard for Maria. Apparently, all the shops are closed, and there are no cars either. Hence, even getting food for herself is getting hard.

90 Day Fiance: Maria Won’t Leave Ukraine? Staying In The Country Through War!

Although she is by herself in an apartment in Kyiv, Maria’s friends and family are also in Ukraine. Hence, it would be fair to say that she isn’t completely alone during such difficult times. However, her family lives 5 miles away from her residence. On top of that, Taxi services in her city have closed down. Therefore, the 28-year-old hasn’t been able to see her family for a long time since the war started in full force.

However, the Ukrainian star had not yet made up her mind about leaving her home country. In fact, a lot of helpless residents resort to doing so to be safe. However, she believes that “anything” can happen tomorrow, such as the blockage of streets and bridges. As a result, fleeing won’t be a possibility then.
