The reality star was madly in love with his girlfriend of four years, Carmella. However, it ended badly. Carmella was actually a catfish account, and a guy named Christian was pretending to be a girl. After the setback, Tyray decided to focus on himself. He then enrolled for yet another reality show, The Single Life.

Furthermore, Tyray recognizes that he needs external help to lose weight. So, he previously shared that he is planning to undergo a gastric bypass surgery. He has been planning to get the surgery for over a year, but it seems like he is finally working to make things happen. The reality star humorously added that he now wants to look like a snack and eat fewer snacks.

The ‘Carmella’ incident left Tyray scarred. So, he decided to work on his feelings and vent his anger in the gym. This would also help him to get fit. He is now focused on improving his health and working hard for it.

He has been working out since 2023, trying to improve every aspect of his life. In July, his trainer posted a workout video featuring Tyray on his Instagram account, ‘Buddy Loves Fitness.’ Fans were glad to see Tyray working out and looking after his body.

Previously, Tyray shared that he is focusing on fitness and is also considering gastric bypass surgery. He wants to do this to be in good shape and feel confident in his own skin.

In a recent video, Tyray discussed how he plans to achieve his slim look and what surgical procedures he plans to undergo. Last year, the reality star shared that he got in contact with a company based in California. They also conduct the procedures in Mexico. He further added that he has worked out a deal with them and plans to finish the gastric sleeve in April. He was in a lot of dilemma about the procedure, as it was very expensive.

In a recent video, Tyray shared that he really needs to make these changes in his body. He is ready to do whatever it takes to maintain and decrease his weight. In a confessional video on TLC’s Instagram account, Tyray accepted that his life depends on the procedure. He was in the surgery clinic contemplating the situation. He hoped that this would be a new beginning to his journey, and he was ready for the changes.

The Central California Surgery’s official Instagram page further added that they are thrilled to be performing surgery on Tyray. They added that they were happy that he trusted them with his life. In the comment section, the reality star added, “Thank you so much for everything!” Fans were very happy to see Tyray finally get done with the surgery. They also wished him a speedy recovery.
