
In a surprising yet stylish move, Typically Holidays has named Anne Twist—Harry Styles’ mum—and micro-influencer Charlene Evans as its official ambassadors for a newly launched luxury hotel collection. The tour operator aims to redefine upscale travel with a unique influencer-led push.
The trade-only tour operator, Typically Holidays, has officially launched its Typically Luxury programme, spotlighting five-star hotels across Italy, Spain, and Portugal. This collection, which took 18 months to curate, is described by managing director Daniele Broccoli as a “labour of love.” To mark the debut, the company invited two carefully chosen social media figures to represent its vision of luxury: Anne Twist, who commands an audience of 2.5 million followers, and rising micro-influencer Charlene Evans.
The partnership blossomed following a four-day trip arranged by luxury travel agency Travelista to the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy. Both influencers experienced grand accommodations at the famed Grand Hotel Rimini—once graced by Princess Diana—and the elegant Grand Hotel da Vinci Cesentatico.
Broccoli, who openly confessed he wasn’t familiar with Styles’ music before the trip, recounted, “I explained to Anne and Charlene about the luxury hotels and what we do. They absolutely loved it and want to go back there on their own holidays. It’s an unspoilt area of Italy.” He added, “They were such lovely ladies, and we got on so well that I decided to ask if they would like to be Typically Holidays luxury travel ambassadors.”

Since announcing the collaboration, posts from both Twist and Evans have generated a wave of engagement across social media. Videos from their luxury tour will also be shared on the brand’s trade-facing Facebook page.
Despite the growing online buzz, Broccoli emphasized that all bookings must go through travel agents. “They like the idea people will go to these hotels and the fact we only sell through agents,” he noted. “Our ultimate aim is to get people going into travel agents asking for a Typically holiday.”
With promising momentum behind the campaign, Broccoli is planning additional trips for the influencers to explore more properties from the Typically Luxury range. The next destination is expected to be another gem in Italy, scheduled for this summer. Hinting at further exposure, Broccoli said the ambassadors may also appear at upcoming trade events. “You never know what’s round the corner,” he teased.
