This included liposuction on her knees, thighs, and chin. A tummy tuck, three, and BBLs.

Later she even got a butt lift after removing the implants. She also got a nose job, two boob jobs, fat removal, and a sculpted six-pack using vaser liposuction. Larissa said the one thing she regrets the most is her very large 1,500-cc b*east implants. She feels they don’t match who she wants to be now. Now, Larissa dreams of running marathons and living a healthy lifestyle again.

She admitted that the attention she got online made her want even more surgery. When Larissa started making money on OnlyFans, she thought bigger b*obs would mean more profit. Back then, she thought, what could go wrong? Now, Larissa says she struggles with body dysmorphia. She explained that no amount of surgery ever made her feel complete.
