Teen Mom star Mackenzie McKee has always been into fitness and never shies away from experimenting with her fitness regimen. The diva recently gave birth to twin daughters. Her pregnancy wasn’t easy since she dealt with diabetes and other medical complications. However, her perseverance helped her through the entire process, and she welcomed her daughters.
Doctors rushed McKenzie into an emergency C-section because of her medical complications. Now that she is home and with her babies, she is thriving. She has already started working on her fitness. The Teen Mom star gave fans a look at her American Ninja Warrior-inspired fitness routine just two months after welcoming her daughters. She even shared a TikTok of her high-intensity gym race. McKenzie is truly a warrior.
Teen Mom star Mackenzie Douthit revealed that she received intense backlash after announcing the names of her newborn twin daughters, Ja’Kharie Angie and Ja’Meikah Angella. While she and her husband, Khesanio Hall, loved the names, social media users flooded them with criticism, claiming the names would “ruin” the girls’ lives. Mackenzie admitted the hate overshadowed the joy of their birth, saying no one congratulated her or expressed happiness that both babies were healthy.
She explained that Khesanio chose the names. Mackenzie refused to tell her husband to change them just because others labeled the names as “too Black.” She emphasized that she loves the names and stands by them proudly. Hall’s family also has a tradition of unique four-syllable “J” names, so the twins’ names fit perfectly. Mackenzie said they knew people might “flip,” but they chose what felt right for their family.
It has been just two months since McKenzie gave birth to her daughters. Pregnancy itself is complicated, and carrying twins is even tougher. Yet within two months, she has gotten back in shape and flaunted her rock-hard abs. Recently, the diva shared a glimpse of her workout regimen. McKenzie indulged in a high-intensity race at the gym.
The reality TV star started with a few obstacle jumps, followed by 10 rounds of hula hoops, and then hopped on three blocks. She added one-leg hops and ended the course with five box jumps. She completed the routine in nearly two minutes, making it a full-force cardio session. Moreover, Mackenzie was not even tired after the session but was pumped for more.
McKenzie, already a mom of three before giving birth to her twins, impressed fans by finishing the workout at the same time as her husband, a soccer player, and she even managed to beat him. She also shared a lighthearted video of herself practicing playful kicks before falling backward and landing. She captioned it as, “Obviously, you shouldn’t mess with my man in the club! Because I will come along and make a complete fool of myself.”
She is trying different forms of exercise and taking it one day at a time. She also adds fun elements to her regimen to keep it interesting without taking it too seriously. Fans are impressed with how McKenzie transformed her body in just two months. They called her ‘hot’ and so on, further motivating her determination to stay fit.
