Multiple boob jobs, nose jobs, butt injections, and countless fillers have contributed to the total. She considers it an investment in her self-worth, even calling herself a “million-dollar body.”

While she once wanted a Brazilian Butt Lift but lacked enough fat, she now plans future procedures like a facelift and blepharoplasty. Farrah admitted she struggled with face dysmorphia and mental health issues, but today she’s slowing down, removing fillers, and embracing a more natural look.

Farrah Abraham, who shares 16-year-old daughter Sophia with her late boyfriend Derek Underwood, admitted that despite years of tabloid chatter, she’s currently living filler-free. She revealed that now she is living with “No Botox, no filler, and nothing in her lips.” She explained, noting that she feels “happy” in her skin after years of ups and downs in the spotlight.

The In the Making author has long been transparent about undergoing procedures like a breast augmentation, a nose job, and a chin implant. But she says the difference now is mindset. She further added, “I actually love who I am at 34, but it has taken such a long way to get here.” This is the first time she is ‘plain’ and loving it. Farrah added that the journey wasn’t about relationships or outside validation, but about finding happiness within herself.

Part of that decision came after some tough lessons. Abraham recalled watching herself on-screen and noticing her face looking “super puffy” due to Botox and filler. That, coupled with allergic reactions she experienced while celebrating her birthday, pushed her to call it quits. She admitted, “It was bothering everything. So I’m happy not to be bothered right now. She can now finally breathe normally.

Looking ahead, Abraham is channeling her confidence into storytelling. She is set to appear in A&E’s upcoming docuseries Secrets of Celebrity Sex Tapes, airing Monday, September 22. The series will feature Abraham reflecting on her personal experiences and the lessons that shaped her resilience. “It’s time to talk about what it was really like and reflect on a time in my life that made me the strong, successful woman I am today,” she wrote on Instagram last month.
