Well, it seems that she still hasn’t learn her lessons and she still has to learn lessons the hard way. Now, authorities have again found the 26-year-old guilty of driving under the influence in Tennessee. Reports state that second-time DUI offenders in the state must serve between 45 days and one year in jail. And pay a fine ranging from $600 to $3,500. This also includes penalties such as a 2-year license revocation or a restricted license, subject to vehicle seizure, and additional penalties.

In such cases, a person might have to attend an alcohol and drug treatment program. Furthermore, the court may install an ignition interlock device. And if someone is convicted of DUI twice within five years, they must pay to have the device reinstated. If the accident has caused harm to anyone, then the person responsible must pay restitution to the person suffering harm.

Speaking of Malorie, officers recorded that she refused to take both the breath and blood tests. They issued traffic citations for following too closely and failing to exercise due care and caution. However, officials haven’t confirmed whether she was involved in an accident. Reports suggest she may have been, which could explain the injury visible in her mug shot.
