Kay Kay Gray and Chris Seeley enjoyed their time in the villa and earned the title of one of the most powerful couples. However, the show eliminated them from Love Island Games season 2, proving that the title didn’t hold. After their exit, the pair spoke openly about their experience on the show.

Kay Kay added that it felt like it went from being on top of the world to below. She further said that it all happened so fast, and personally, she doesn’t think she did anything wrong. “Like we could have done anything better,” she added. She revealed that they had a strategy they were discussing. “We were just building alliances because we knew being a power couple so early would put targets on our backs,” Gray said.

She further continued, saying that it felt like they could have strategized and tried to send the biggest competitors home. While giving examples, she said, “When we could make somebody vulnerable, we chose Solene and Mert instead of Justine and Josh or Garbi and Kendall.” She further added that they felt like they were good competitors, and the country would love them. “So we’re like, ‘Let’s make somebody vulnerable that we’re not going to have to face later,'” she added.

The couple further added that it was a little that they got dumped over a lap dance. Chris said that he feels like, in the aspect of the show, he knew there would be such challenges. But he feels like it should be more aesthetically based. He further added that even in the heart rate challenge, they did not do that badly.
