A few days back, RHOBH star Denise Richards and her ex-husband, Aaron Phypers, asked Inside Edition to step inside that house and see how Denise has made the whole place a disaster. Ever since their divorce drama began, Denise has been trying to evict Aaron and his parents from the house. And it seems that they aren’t ready to leave. According to him, she has a collection of vintage clothes and makeup scattered throughout her home.

Photos revealed how messy the house looks. Clothes are everywhere, and the carpet seems disgusting and dirty. Denise also reacted to the news, denying that she had caused the whole mess. She revealed that she moved out of that space two years ago. Furthermore, Richards added that she is attempting to retrieve her belongings and dogs without violating the restraining order.

Now, authorities appear ready to seize Richards’ assets as her legal troubles escalate.

On Thursday, September 25, debt collectors from Creditors Adjustment Bureau filed court documents. In it, they requested permission to verify Denise’s payment sources, as she still owes Aaron $228,000. The company also tried to argue that the consent should be granted as Richards is married to Phypers. The company further added that Aaron only earns from OnlyFans, Fox Broadcast, NBCUniversal, and Amazon.

The Creditors’ Adjustment Bureau also stated that they should be allowed to seize a portion of Denise’s money. In July 2024, Phypers was ordered to pay a six-figure sum following a lengthy court battle. The ex-couple is in the process of getting a divorce. A few days ago, Aaron said that he had plans to call Denise’s ex-husband, Charlie Sheen, so that he could use him as a witness at an upcoming hearing.

He also added that he will be calling Brandi Glanville, who is Richards’ former co-star. While demanding spousal support from his ex-wife, he revealed that Denise earns $250,000 per month from OnlyFans, TV deals, endorsements, and appearances.
