RHOBH star Kyle Richards has finally spoken up about whether she has shifted to a new place or not. In an Instagram story she posted on October 6, she shut down all the speculations. In the video, she was seen walking in her Encino, CA, estate. She said, “So, a number of people have reached out to me saying they’ve heard that I sold my house and that I moved out.”

Richards further revealed that it is a complete lie, and she still lives there. “My house is actually not for sale,” she added. Kyle further questioned about who is spreading such fake rumors online. She also said that she always wonders where these stories come from. “But no, I did sell my house,” she admitted. In 2022, the reality TV star revealed that she was planning to move out of the LA area.

In an interview, she revealed that she would love to move to Aspen someday. Richards further said that she’d still keep the Encino house. “Even if I move one day to, like, Aspen, Colorado, I’ll keep [our Encino home] for my kids or something,” Kyle stated. In one episode, she was even close to moving to a quieter place. The episode was shot a few months before she and Mauricio announced their separation.

She said that she will always have love for Los Angeles. But she doesn’t feel as connected to the place as she used to before, Richards added. Furthermore, she said that one day, when her daughter, Portia, is out of school, she will choose a place to live that is more conducive and brings her more happiness.
