RHOBH: Denise Richard’s Ex ARRESTED On Spousal Abu$e Charges After His Own Cousin Testifies Against Him In Court!

The tumultuous divorce process of RHOBH alumna Denise Richards with ex Aaron Phypers has been the talk of the town. The tea surrounding their divorce battle just keeps sizzling hotter. Subsequently, in the latest unfolding, the court ordered Phyper’s apprehension. Authorities have reportedly arrested the 53-year-old in court on ‘Spousal Abuse’ charges. The former couple’s nasty split keeps revealing new, groundbreaking secrets at every divorce hearing.

The divorce saga began in July when Phypers filed for divorce, claiming spousal support. Following this, Denise filed for a restraining order against her ex on the grounds of domestic abuse. Aaron refuted those claims after the RHOBH alumna was granted a temporary restraining order. Things got ugly when Phypers distributed Richards’ private photos, and his own cousin testified against him.

RHOBH: Phypers Wants A Cut Of Richard’s OnlyFans Earnings

Previously, Aaron had filed for spousal support when he filed for divorce. Now, he says that he is entitled to Richard’s OnlyFans earnings. Apparently, the estranged husband helped shoot the OnlyFans content. Aaron notably claimed that Denise’s business earnings ranged from $200k to $300k. In addition, he claimed that he was out of a job because of his ex-wife. Therefore, he needed that spousal support to pay his bills.

Aaron Phypers doesn’t have money to pay his bills, but apparently, he has enough to buy lottery tickets. Earlier this month, paparazzi photographed him outside a CA lottery store with a fistful of lotto tickets. “I am out of money and financially desperate……about to be evicted……My utilities have all been turned off already,” he complained, still without any job prospects.

RHOBH: Aaron Phypers Arrested After Divorce Hearing In Court

Hot in RHOBH news is that authorities have arrested Denise Richards’ ex-husband in court. The judge ordered his apprehension on charges of ‘Spousal Abuse.’ Additionally, Aaron’s own cousin testified against him in court. “I saw Aaron hit Denise, and immediately she had a really bad black eye,” Kathleen testified in court. Phypers was apparently first handcuffed inside the LA courtroom and then detained on ‘spousal abuse’ charges, according to Page Six.

Additionally, Kathleen McAllister, Phypers’ cousins, briefly described various instances of Aaron’s aggressive episodes. “He just would be raging and threatening that if we told anybody, he’d kill us all,” she further testified. Her testimony channeled the tides of the case to a totally different direction. Following this testimony, authorities started investigating allegations against him. And ultimately, officers arrested him based on the piles of evidence against him.

Furthermore, TMZ confirmed that Phypers had an outstanding warrant out for him based on the RHOBH star’s accusations. However, Aaron’s attorney claimed that the accused wasn’t aware of the outstanding warrant. Aaron apparently accused Denise and her lawyers of “setting him up.” Under these circumstances, it seems Aaron is doing everything possible except trying to get a job.

Additionally, paparazzi photographed Richards outside the courthouse, but she refrained from giving any statements. Furthermore, paparazzi also caught a glimpse of her filming for RHOBH.
