Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test has once again proven why it lives up to its name. The grueling Fox competition continues to push celebrities to their physical and emotional limits, with the latest episode showing just how unpredictable the challenge can be. Two recruits were unexpectedly forced to leave the show after suffering health-related complications during the punishing desert training.
Their exits came as a shock to both fans and fellow participants, as the group had already endured several eliminations in previous episodes. With just a handful of contestants remaining, including Sister Wives star Kody Brown, tensions are higher than ever. Who were the latest recruits to go home, and what exactly led to their departure? Keep reading to find out.

While two contestants were forced to leave Special Forces, Sister Wives star Kody Brown experienced a different kind of breakdown. Known for his strong-willed personality, Kody showed rare vulnerability during a one-on-one session with directing staff Rudy Reyes and Mark “Billy” Billingham. When asked if he had taken full responsibility for the fallout with his children, Kody admitted, “I don’t want to admit I’m wrong sometimes. I don’t like being wrong.”
His remarks led Reyes to challenge him further, pointing out that Kody only seemed concerned about others “as long as they agreed” with his perspective. Eventually, Kody broke down in tears, confessing, “I should have had a stronger relationship with my children.” He acknowledged that his failures as a husband and father came from not truly understanding his responsibilities. “I really thought I did it right,” he said. “But I did it wrong in so many ways.”
While Kody faced an emotional reckoning, two of his costars bowed out due to medical concerns. Olympic soccer legend, Christie Pearce Rampone, and TikTok personality, Mark Estes, both left the competition during the November 6 episode after receiving medical withdrawals. Christie started her day coughing and struggling to breathe. When she met with on-site physician Dr. Andy Brown, he diagnosed her with a chest infection and advised her to stop competing.
She was also advised not to continue. Fighting back tears, she admitted, “If I have to leave earlier than I feel I was capable of, it’ll definitely get at me.” Meanwhile, Mark experienced intense pain in his ear after several physical challenges. A medic confirmed the swelling could cause long-term damage, forcing him to seek emergency treatment. “There’s no possible way we can do it?” he asked hopefully, only to hear, “No, it’s a specialist procedure.”
Despite their early exits, both were ultimately praised for their determination to continue in the competition. With their departure, only six recruits remained. This included Kody Brown, Gia Giudice, Randall Cobb, Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia, Shawn Johnson, and Andrew East, who now face even higher stakes as the competition nears its final stretch.
