In an exclusive clip posted by TLC, Liz became very vulnerable after her daughter came back from her first day at daycare. While she said that she does not think it is a good idea, her parents tried to normalize the whole situation.

A few days ago, Liz and Brice celebrated their daughter’s second birthday amidst all the wedding preparations. The couple plans to get married soon and will welcome a second child. 7 Little Johnstons: Liz & Brice Celebrate Leighton’s Second Birthday

A few days ago, 7 Little Johnstons stars Liz and Brice celebrated their daughter Leighton’s second birthday. The couple took to Instagram to share adorable pictures of their little one. Liz wrote, “Leighton Drew, you are officially two!” The two-year-old looked lovely in all the photos. Liz also added, “We’re so in love with your smart, shy, sassy, and sweet personality!”

She concluded, “We love you so BIG, Leighty-Bug!!!” Leighton looked delightful in white pants and a pink top with the number two on it. Her pink bow and white shoes completed her adorable look. She stole many hearts. “The big TWO,” Liz’s sister Emma wrote. Another comment read, “Wishing the happiest of birthdays to Leighton.” Liz limited her comment section, so only their close friends and family wished the baby girl in the comments.

7 Little Johnstons: Liz Seems Hesitant About Sending Her Daughter To Daycare

In an exclusive clip, viewers saw that 7 Little Johnstons star Liz struggled to adjust to sending her daughter to daycare. She said, “It’s just me, just all the babies and just me letting her go with complete strangers.” However, her parents tried to help her understand that there was nothing wrong with it. Her mother, Amber, said, “But they won’t be strangers for long.”

Joseph added that was precisely what he was going to say. The bride-to-be attempted to explain her emotions, stating that Leighton had been with them for the past 10 months. Amber and Joseph told the cameras that, at first, it’s hard for parents to separate themselves from their baby. However, over time, things get easier, and the couple nodded in agreement. Liz began to get emotional.

Her mother told her that if Leighton were a little person, she would have had to put everything on the back burner. Later, Liz asked Amber what she did when she and her brother were young. Amber said that she stayed at home. She explained that if she had been in Liz’s place and Leighton had been a little person, they would have waited.

“We would have waited until she could sit up and she could do…she’s at this stage, which, yes, would have taken longer,” Liz’s mom said. In the confessional, her mother explained how the situation varies between a little person baby and an average-sized baby.
