After Josh’s transgressions came to light, she confronted her cousin. Amy asked him why he never tried anything with her. He subsequently answered, “I knew better,” while grinning creepily. Josh recently filed for a motion to vacate his prison conviction. A federal judge subsequently scheduled a hearing in response to Josh’s motion. Amy Duggar King isn’t someone to stay quiet and consequently fired back with a rant on her TikTok. She heavily criticized her felon cousin as well as the Duggar family members who continue to support him.

“If you’re gonna look at such disgusting content and get enjoyment out of that, you deserve to be locked up and never released, if you ask me,” she stated. Amy further remarked that if she were the judge, then Josh’s 12-year sentence would have been far longer. “I also don’t trust anyone who is trying to be on his side and to get him out early [and] who’s trying to ‘vacate’ him,” she referred to various Duggar family members.
