Earlier this week, Sister Wives showcased its mid-season trailer in which a new chapter for Kody was being set up. In it, we see the moment Kody’s exes discover he wants to make amends, with varying reactions. Christine immediately expresses her doubts about it all, saying she no longer has much trust left. Kody was self-aware as well. He admitted the situation with his exes was tough, saying it felt like entering a space “where trust has been killed.”

Christine tells her new husband, David Woolley, that Kody is trying to make amends for his past mistakes. But she was still skeptical about that extended olive branch. Janelle, on the other hand, seems uninterested in entertaining anything from her ex. She chooses to focus on her new relationship with her friends. As mentioned previously, Kody goes to tell Robyn he wants to apologize to his former wives. The conversation takes place after the sale of the Coyote Pass property, which carried years of pain in itself. Kody admits that the process felt “weird” and uncomfortable, especially with Meri and Janelle barely acknowledging him during the signing. The moment forced him to reflect and reconsider how he handled the breakdown of those relationships.
