She gifted herself a new house as an early Christmas gift. The star did not reveal the location or when she plans to move there.

The RHOBH star owns many houses with her ex-husband Mauricio Umansky. Her main house is in Encino, CA. She and Mauricio share houses in Palm Springs, CA and Aspen, CO. Despite having split from him, she never wants to sell the Encino she bought with her ex. She spent years making it a home, and she wishes to keep it for her kids.

When Terri questioned her about divorce, she said she assumes it will happen eventually, but she is taking one day at a time for now.

Kyle also spoke about single life. She said she is not dating anyone, nor is she on any dating apps. The 56-year-old added that it took her a while to say “single” out loud and be comfortable with it. Fans understand how hard that might be after being married for 27 years.
