The 15-year-old chose to come out publicly on his mother’s podcast. While Teen Mom’s Kailyn was predictably very open-minded, Jo surely took his time to come around. However, when he did come to terms with it, he was quite supportive. Kailyn added that he was perfectly fine. He was a supportive father and was completely fine with his son’s choice.

Moreover, Jo knew about Elliot planning to reveal his sexuality on Kail’s podcast. He understood Elliot’s point of view and wholeheartedly supported his decision. Kailyn further shared that her son was quite happy and relieved to have his father by his side. It apparently was a big relief for him as he thought his father wouldn’t come around. Therefore, Jo Rivera proved the world wrong by being a “present” and “supportive” father to Elliot.

Teen Mom alumna Kailyn Lowry has had quite an adventure when it comes to her love life. Hence, she has numerous baby daddies. She has welcomed seven children with 4 different baby daddies. However, she is seemingly regretting making the “wrong” life choices. She got candid in a recent podcast episode about the reflections she’s having about her life.

The Teen Mom star insisted that she never regretted her children, but the situation of “broken homes” in which they live. “They wouldn’t know any different other than my home…I actually created literal broken homes, not once, not twice, not three times, but literally four times,” she spoke with remorse.

Soon after, she went on to clash with ex Jo Rivera over son, Elliot’s 50-50 custody arrangement. She insisted that the arrangement isn’t ideal now that their son has grown up to be a teen. “He does not want to settle down at one of our houses and then get up a week later and have to go to the other parent’s house,” she shared.
