Vanderpump Rules: Lisa Reprimanded A Staff For Unprofessionalism Caught On Camera

Fans were excited for Vanderpump Rules’ sneak peek and begged Bravo for some. In answer to that, the network released a Vanderpump Rules clip that featured alum Lisa Vanderpump herself. It was quite a dramatic clip. The network gave the fans the drama they wanted that keep the viewers anticipating the new season. In the clip, Lisa has all her staff called in for a meeting. But this isnt a SUR-vers appreciation gathering. On the contrary, she reprimanded one of her staffs for the unprefessional behavior she saw them do on camera.

In the sneak peek, Lisa said that she noticed security footage of her survers having a drink during the working hours. “Last night, what transpired is Marcus, standing at the back of house, swooping cups of Sangria,” she started. “Venus, standing here with Jason, Marcus, taking shots—before you even start working,” Lisa continued. She said she was unhappy with their behavior.

Vanderpump Rules: Lisa Shares SUR’s Financial Struggle

In the Season premiere of Season 12, Vanderpump Rules alum Lisa opened up about her restaurant and its condition. SUR, is going through a hard time. Costs for food, supplies, and operating have gone up. Many restaurants nearby have closed down. West Hollywood’s nightlife, which used to be lively and full of customers, never quite recovered after COVID. Thats why, it is surviving but not thriving like before.

Lisa Vanderpump told her staff that SUR has been “struggling for months.” She admitted that the restaurant is not doing quite as good as it used to in the past. She said, “Nobody is surviving this… it’s survival of the fittest.” On top of financial pressure, there have been internal issues too. The owner noticed the staff were sneaking drinks during work hours. This kind of behavior made recovery even harder.

However, Lisa made it clear she does not want SUR to end up closed, even with all the problems. She reminded everyone SUR has been around for 20 years. She believed that SUR can surely push through this tough time with a committed, responsible team. But right now, SUR is not thriving. She believeed that for SUR to survive, she needed a new group of SURvers.

The Vanderpump alum also stated why SUR has survived for 20 years. “SUR has been in business for 20 years,” she stated during the premiere of Season 12. “One of the reasons we’ve lasted as long as we have is the high expectations for the food, and the ambiance.
