A few days ago, the Merrifields revealed that they had welcomed Lorrana and Garrick’s first child. TLC posted a video of the family as they introduced their daughter, Sarah, to the world. As the clip opened, the family said they had a surprise for everyone. Lorrana, Garrick, and Dannielle looked very excited as they made the announcement. It was indeed good news. Dannielle said that Sarah looks exactly like her mother.

​Lorrana added that her baby is really cheerful and that she brightens everyone’s day. On the other hand, Garrick quipped about marrying more wives and having more babies. A fan commented, “The baby is beautiful, but more wives?” Another added that Garrick is really enjoying his life. The family then revealed that their daughter was born on July 3, 2025, and now they are a family of seven.

Seeking Sister Wife fans know that a few days ago, the Merrifields announced the arrival of baby Sarah. Now, TLC has shared a sneak peek of the gender reveal party. Famous blogger @realitytvmess reshared the preview video. Garrick was seen looking for something as the video opened. In the confessional, he said that the family was preparing for the gender reveal that day.

​He said that while he was hanging all the decorations, a man came and told him it was a girl. Garrick asked the man if he was serious, and the person replied, “Yeah.” He then added that, for the decorations, he decided to go with what he had heard. In another clip, he decorated the area with blue and pink balloons, and one balloon read, “Oh Baby.” He also added some pink and blue curtains with fairy lights.​

In another scene, Danielle seemed very excited as she stood with Lorrana and another woman. She said that they were all set to do this. “Let’s do this,” she added. The other woman told her that she was really excited, while Lorrana seemed unsure about what they were saying. However, fans may recall that when Lorrana and Dannielle were checking if she was actually pregnant, she seemed a little unhappy about the news.​

She added that she was not expecting the pregnancy to happen so soon. Dannielle further stated that she was not ready to see her husband become a father to another woman’s child.
