Recently, Teen Mom star Mackenzie Douthit revealed her horrific placenta abruption experience. The reality TV star re-shared a post by Tineke Younger, a famous American chef, who recently welcomed twins; unfortunately, one of them did not survive. The chef explained that because of her placenta abruption, she lost their baby girl. She revealed that she also experienced it, as both of her placentas had abruption.

She explained that when she went to Tampa hospital, they looked at her and told her that she needed to be 36 weeks. Mackenzie added that they ignored her pre-eclampsia. “I went straight to another hospital, and as the babies were on the monitor, twin A was starting to lose a heartbeat,” she revealed. She explained that it was caused by placenta abruption. Douthit wrote that if they had pushed her toward 36 weeks, neither she nor the babies would have survived.

​Who doesn’t love their mother? Teen Mom star Mackenzie does too. Unfortunately, her mother is no longer with her, but she is still very much alive in her memories. Recently, Douthit took to Facebook and shared an emotional post about her late mother. The post revealed that it has been six years since her mother passed. “6 years with you,” she wrote.

She continued that her life has changed a lot. Since she lost her mother, she “found rock bottom and found healing with every tool” her mother taught her. Mackenzie further added that at one point, she felt she would never be able to walk tall and smile again. “Now I do it wishing you were by my side to see it all.” Douthit concluded the post and wrote, “I love and miss you so much mom.”

Along with the heartfelt and emotional caption, Mackenzie shared two pictures. One was of her family near her mother’s grave, where everyone was seen giving each other a group hug. The other photo was of her late mother. In the comment section, her fans consoled her and shared their own stories. A user wrote that Douthit’s story is very relatable. “I too lost my mom, just at a younger age. The pain remains the same regardless of age,” the same user added.

Someone else wrote, “I know she is walking with you.” Many of her fans resonated with her pain, as they also lost their parents at a young age. “I fully understand!
