Fans of Sister Wives have been able to see a lot of storylines coming to a close lately. But a new storyline has just started in which Kody is taking charge and seeing his ex-wives. He is doing so to address the mistakes he made while living with them all these years. In an upcoming episode, the family patriarch meets Christine and her husband, David Woolley. As part of his apology tour, he starts the conversation with an apology.
Although Christine might not have expected Kody to ever go through this, she was more surprised when Kody addressed David. As Kody might know, David probably feels a certain way about him, and he brought it up during this conversation. What did Kody say to David? Is he truly ready to take accountability? And what does this mean for his fractured relationships moving forward? Keep reading to learn more.

The world has seen and is aware of Kody’s antics when it comes to his ex-wives. But in recent weeks, his behavior has changed. After years of tension and broken bonds within the Brown family, Kody decided to finally acknowledge it. It all started when he and Robyn met with Janelle and Meri to finalize the sale of the Coyote Pass property.
None of them talked to each other, and even Kody admitted the tension felt “almost invisible.” This made him realize how far his relationships had fallen. Meanwhile, producers asked Christine about her feelings regarding Kody’s change. She admitted she didn’t trust the idea at first. Christine recalled how past conversations with Kody always led to more arguments. The two split up in 2021 after 25 years of staying together.
Kody will sit down with Christine and David in an upcoming episode, but People revealed what will happen during their meeting. Kody started by apologizing for the anger and frustration that happened during their breakup in 2021. He admits he didn’t handle their separation well and tells Christine he wants to acknowledge everything involved. This included not just the negative things, but also the good moments they shared.

After hearing this, Christine tells him that their issues are “in the past” and that she has already moved on. Still, Kody felt that an apology “doesn’t hurt.” He hopes that making a visit will help Christine with the healing process. Kody didn’t stop there as he suddenly decided to address David. He tells Christine’s husband that if he had not “messed things up,” Christine and David wouldn’t be together today.
Kody even jokes that David might “want to punch” him later, but right now, even he must be thankful. David didn’t react much and explained that he tries to understand Kody’s perspective from a “guy’s point of view.” He acknowledges that the situation between Kody and Christine is complex, and he understands where some of his emotions come from. Kody appreciates David, calling it a “vote of grace.” For the latest Sister Wives People tea, stay tuned to TV Season & Spoilers.
