She went on to point out the unprofessional behavior of various SURvers. Venus, Marcus, Jason, and Natalie found themselves right in the middle of the inferno.

“I’m not happy with you at all,” she reprimanded them on their service. Lisa then called Marcus to her office for a one-on-one. Another clip showed Marcus reluctantly entering Lisa’s office with a bouquet of flowers, trying to defuse the confrontation. He then apologized profusely for the prior misdemeanor and assured that he would never repeat it. The clip ended on a tense note as Lisa questioned Marcus‘s unprofessional behavior.
