Sister Wives fans are enjoying watching Kody Brown ask his ex-wives to forgive him for his mistakes. TLC recently announced that Kody would embark on an apology tour, during which he will apologize to Meri, Janelle, and Christine for any trauma he caused them over the years. While everything went smoothly with Janelle, fans were excited to see how things would go with Christine.

Everyone knows Christine is relatively straightforward. If she does not like something, she will not even pretend to like it. It seems that’s precisely what happened with Kody and his fake apology. Sister Wives: Do Christine & David Think Kody Brown’s Apology Tour Is Fake?

Fans saw that, during the mid-season trailer, Kody tried to make amends with everyone, including Christine. During a conversation with her husband, Christine said that “Kody might be wanting to extend an olive branch,” but admitted she did not know his motive and does not trust him. Everyone quickly noticed that David seemed really agitated and frustrated.

A Reddit user wrote, “He got to be sick of the Brown family drama.” Another added that Kody looked like he was meeting with old friends. “He’s such a moron!” the same user added. A fan said they were glad David went with Christine. “Christine probably refused to Go without him and I don’t blame her,” another replied. A critic joked that David and Christine endured Kody for a paycheck.

Sister Wives: Christine Ignores Kody’s Fake Apology!

Poor Kody—he thought he would go and apologize to Christine, and she would believe him. Sister Wives fans are well aware that Christine completely cut ties with Kody. However, when she learned about the apology tour, she said she did not want to see him. But her husband, David, encouraged her and said he would be with her.

​TLC shared a sneak peek of how things unfolded between the three. Kody told Christine that he wants her to heal. He said, “And healing will probably, can, maybe happen. I can’t tell you how it’s going to happen or what.” Christine seemed a little confused by what Kody said. He continued that if he apologizes, she can get the space to heal. Christine told him that he needs to understand that everything is in the past.

​“It’s in the past, and it’s okay,” she said. But Kody, being himself, teased her that an apology would not hurt her. She again emphasized that it wasn’t needed. Kody, being a big mouth, said that if he hadn’t made those mistakes, she wouldn’t have ended up marrying David. Christine and David tried to take it as a good thing. Kody looked at David and said he might want to punch him in the face.

​However, Woolley said that he understood Kody’s perspective as a man and where he was coming from. Kody appreciated his “vote of grace.” In the confessional, Brown said he appreciated David’s point of view. He continued that the only difficulty in apologizing to his ex-wife was that her husband was right there with her.
