Mama June’s daughter, Pumpkin, recently raised her voice for the unfair treatment of a client toward her and her small business. Over the course of a few years, she faced customer disputes related to her venture, The Sisters Closet. Many accused her of selling them cheap-looking, upcycled products, even though there were pending orders she hadn’t delivered.

Pumpkin is still a scammer in fans’ eyes due to her alleged scamming of vendors at events. Some of them took to Reddit to share their grievances. Her former employees claimed that she has been exploiting her fans through her boutique. She hit back after they blamed her for firing them when they discovered her real face. But for the first time, it seems a customer deceived her. What’s happening with her? Is she deep down in legal entanglement?

Mama June: Pumpkin Buys A Dedicated Brand Building!

Last month, Mama June: Family Crisis starrer Pumpkin ushered in a new beginning with her The Sisters Closet boutique. After being kicked out of her previous warehouse for unpaid rent, she now has her own building for the whole setup. She took to her Facebook page to inform fans that she now has her own space to work day and night to fulfil customers’ orders.

Pumpkin then announced that they are ready to officially open the shop on Christmas, saying work is in full swing inside. She thereby shared a couple of pictures of their Christmas-ready, small, cozy structure with a front porch. The glass on the door and windows is well decorated with paintings by her friend, Lauren. She painted candy canes, snowflakes, and other festive shapes beautifully.

Mama June: Pumpkin Publically Talks About An ATV Shop Scamming Her, Sends Her Cease & Desist Order!

In two recent Facebook posts, Lauryn, aka Pumpkin, accused famous ATV repair shop company Casslake Powersports in Gordon, Georgia, of defrauding her. She said they left her with a $586 loss due to a chargeback. The Mama June star claimed that they placed an order for 25 shirts with her after they had quoted over $1000. 

Without demanding a deposit, Pumpkin started working on the artwork for the shirts they sent to her. According to her, her only mistake was not sending the final mockup before going ahead with printing. It was only after printing that she realized the shirts weren’t correct, so she offered to reprint them after buying new ones. But Ashley from ATV agreed to keep them.

What followed Ashley’s pickup of the shirts is now a nightmare for Pumpkin. She said there is an open dispute between her and Ashley over unauthorized card use, which caused the money to be pulled back from the former’s account. When she shared the truth, she received a cease-and-desist order on Messenger, prompting her to say she would take further action.

Many fans came to Pumpkin’s rescue at this tough time. They informed her that a desist-and-cease order sent on Facebook isn’t a legal document because a Sheriff serves it. They also noted that the order was written by ChatGPT, not by a legal representative. She has been advised not to take down her post and fight with utmost honesty.
