He was one of the accused in an alleged simple assault incident at Twin Peaks Sports Bar in Atlanta. Back then, his representative told everyone that he “did not assault anyone.” Fans might remember that this year, Chase also revealed that he went to rehab and discussed addiction struggles.

​Meanwhile, Savannah had her own issues to tackle. In April, she announced that she and Robert had parted ways. On her Unlocked podcast, she informed her fans about the sad news. Chrisley Knows Best fans are well aware that in May this year, Savannah received a call from U.S. President Trump. The President confirmed to her that he had pardoned her parents and that they would return home soon. On May 27, his phone call with Savannah was shared on X. Trump said, “I hope we can do it tomorrow. I don’t know them, but give them my regards. Wish them a good life.”

​After returning home, the Chrisley family held a press conference. During the conference, Todd said he was convinced he had been convicted of something he did not do. However, he did not lose hope, and the authorities released the couple from prison. “I think the biggest misconception right now is that I either paid for a pardon or slept for a pardon,” Savannah told reporters.

​Soon after, to bring their lives back on track, Julie and Todd announced the return of their podcast, Chrisley Confessions 2.0. In July, Todd got into a bit of a heated conflict with Southern Charm star Patricia Altschul. Moving ahead, in September, Julie and Todd released the eight-episode docuseries titled “The Chrisleys: Back To Reality.” It focused on their post-prison lives and their return to everyday life.
