Kent discussed how the original cast could have returned. She revealed that the makers offered the original cast an additional, shorter final season. 

Moreover, she revealed that even one week before the reboot announcement, the network was still in talks about another round with the original cast. Due to the OG cast’s filming issues stemming from “bad blood,” the plan soon fell through. The former SURver sat with the new SURver, Natalie, and soon revealed that the producers were still talking to the OG cast about another, shortened possible season while interviewing for the new cast.

In a previous interview, the former Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent expressed excitement about being back in front of the cameras. “It’s weird because I’ve been friends with a lot of these people for a long time,” she had referred to her ‘The Valley’ cast. Lala has stepped into a brand new chapter of life, filming for ‘The Valley’ after a long time off the camera.

She went on hiatus following the very public Scandoval. She had previously described the dynamics of ‘The Valley’ as being different than VPR.
