RHOBH star Denise Richards’ nasty divorce with ex Aaron Phypers has been going on for months now. The divorce hearings have been a roller coaster ride of revelations. Their divorce drama began in July, when Phypers filed for divorce, citing claims of spousal support. Later, the divorce circumstances became increasingly complicated with several shocking accusations, a permanent restraining order, and more.
Fans may recall that the authorities previously released the ex-husband after his attorney posted bail. Authorities arrested him on spousal abuse charges. Then, the judge granted Richards a permanent restraining order against her ex-husband. Phypers filed for a newer motion requesting an expedited hearing. He feared he would be evicted from his house. His fears have seemingly come true. The landlord evicted the former couple from their LA property.

After the judge granted RHOBH’s Richards the permanent restraining order against Aaron, he doubled down on the spousal support claims. He requested the court to expedite the hearing dates because he is apparently in dire need of money. “I am in literal danger of being made homeless with no vehicle and no cell phone unless the hearing can be advanced to an earlier date,” Phypers claimed.
The numbers he sought in his citation surprised even the judge. Richards’ attorney also requested that the previously scheduled January hearing dates be rescheduled. Her court documents stated she “will be unavailable for a large portion of the month” in December due to a previously scheduled surgery. The judge, consequently, denied his request for an emergency hearing.
Each day brings new explosive revelations in RHOBH star Denise Richards’ divorce battle. However, today the spotlight is on their LA home, which the former couple moved into in 2020. After almost six years of marriage, Phypers had filed for divorce. Hence, the prolonged divorce drama started. However, things took a wild turn with mind-boggling revelations.

The last court hearing had Aaron Phypers in a chokehold. After he filed his previous motion, Denise’s attorney retaliated. He requested the judge to fine Phypers for $2000 for “filing this unnecessary and frivolous ex parte application.” He further accused Aaron of “demonstrating conduct which ‘frustrates the policy of the law to promote settlement of litigation.'”
The fandom might recall that the judge had denied Phypers’ motion. Now, just days after, their landlord has evicted the former couple from their LA house. Apparently, they owe the landlord around $84k in overdue rent. The landlord also requested that the two pay attorney’s fees and damages because Aaron’s family left the property in disarray.
The former couple paid a $24,000 security deposit when they first co-signed the lease. Richards’ court documents stated that she moved out of their property two years earlier, after Aaron and his family moved in. Therefore, only he was supposed to pay the rent. Unable to reach Phypers, the landlord had to serve both of them with an eviction notice because both names are still on the lease.
