This meeting resulted in an uncomfortable conversation about grief counselling. Keep on reading to know more.

A recent clip from the show showed Marcus unwillingly trudging into Lisa’s office with a bouquet of flowers, trying to smooth out the confrontation. Marcus then apologized profusely for his prior misdemeanor and assured Lisa that he would never repeat it again. Lisa, following Marcus’ pleas, asked if he still wanted the job.
She raised concerns about Marcus’ unusual behavior and probed the underlying reasons. He assured her that SUR was the best thing to have happened to him, and he needed another chance to prove himself, and he wouldn’t let her down again. Lisa then pointed out several instances of Marcus’ unhealthy practices. Marcus was speechless, ashamed. This conversation then triggered a series of uncomfortable discussions about grief counselling.
Vanderpump Rules has generated significant hype since Season 12 premiered. Lisa Vanderpump is seemingly SURving an incredible amount of reality in the Vanderpump Rules reboot. “Last night, what transpired is Marcus, standing at the back of house, swooping cups of Sangria,” Lisa started reprimanding the staff in the very beginning.

“Venus, standing here with Jason, Marcus, taking shots—before you even start working,” she pointed out. “I’m not happy with you at all,” she reprimanded them on their service. Furthermore, she called out the new SURvers for their unprofessional behavior at SUR. She expressed her disdain at the SURvers’ choosing drama over service and running the SUR image.
Shocked by Marcus’s unprofessional behavior, she called him for a much-needed conversation. Under prying pressure from Lisa Vanderpump, Marcus finally revealed having a tough time with the demise of both his parents quite recently. Hence, the drinking on the job. Therefore, out of kindness, Lisa arranged for Marcus to see a family therapist.
“When somebody’s struggling, you need to bolster them. You can’t take anything more away,” she assured that she won’t be suspending or firing Marcus. While talking about the ongoing grief counselling with Marcus, she reflected on her own experiences. After the unexpected demise of her brother, Lisa was devastated. She recalled it being so difficult until she finally reached out for help and got her life under control. For more such latest reality TV updates, stay tuned to TV Season & Spoilers.
