Kate Chastain and Heather Gay claimed the RHOBH cast was the coldest group in the Bravo reality family. Sutton Stracke wasn’t having it.

Lately, RHOBH star Sutton Stracke is having a bad streak when it comes to friendships. The fandom might recall that Sutton and Garcelle’s friendship had met an untimely demise. Now, her friendship with longtime friend and former assistant Avi Gabay has come to an end. These two have known each other for years. They used to be very close.

So close that he was there for her through thick and thin, even during her divorce. But they didn’t work together professionally until 2023. In 2023, Avi began working for her. He then became her property manager and assistant. She introduced Gabay as her “house manager” in addition to her assistant during a Season 13 RHOBH episode.

However, last year she revealed that she had let him go. “I let Avi go. Nothing really happened. There was no drama. I love him. He made me laugh so hard. It’s been really sad,” she told Kyle Richards. Apparently, she had grown as a woman and no longer needed an assistant, not because there was any bad blood between them.

However, Avi didn’t look at it that way. He ended the relationship when Sutton let him go. Moreover, Sutton herself confirmed that. Sutton was surprised by her decision to end their long friendship. “It’s a friend that I’ve lost. That’s the harder part,” Sutton admitted.
