Chrisley Knows Best alum Todd recently announced his new show on his past prison life, so fans think he might go solo. He is a pardoned prisoner of the States, just like his wife Julie. The couple was freed last year after their daughter, Savannah, pleaded with the Trump administration for their freedom. Todd, in his appearance on The Cast Collective podcast, recalled his time in prison. He shared the story of how he entered there. He said he walked into his cell with $1000 in cash. The Chrisley Knows Best star revealed that the reason he did this was his father always telling him to keep cash handy. Also, he had a Bible with him.

Later, authorities took Todd’s money, saying they would keep it in a trust account under his name. Then, he was given his prison uniform and wondered who would dry-clean his worn clothes. After receiving a laundry bag to keep his clothes, he asked his fellow inmates where to send them for cleaning. They all laughed together, and finally, he hired two men to wash his clothes.

Todd of Chrisley Knows Best recently dropped the big news to fans. He told the host of Locked In, Ian Bick, that he has an animated series coming up about his prison life. He claimed to have written the entire show to tell the world about his prison experience. While he was living in poor conditions in his cell, he prepared the best gift for himself.

Todd’s Pensacola facility life will be out covering all aspects of his prison days. He will overexaggerate certain events. While he hasn’t mentioned a release date yet, this year might be his time to produce something he loves. He shared that he developed a character who has a lisp. 

Last year, Todd and Julie returned to reality TV with Lifetime’s The Chrisleys: Back To Reality. Within a couple of episodes, they made their audience fall in love with their authenticity. But then also, the family’s dirty laundry surfaced, which caused him go mad over Savannah. Well, life was the toughest in prison because they were subjected to living with asbestos and all.

Julie lived in poverty, unlike Todd, who got preferential treatment. He was given top-class food while she struggled to eat something nice once in a full moon.
