He recalled how having so many father figures had been challenging for his mental health. However, Kail joked about it and blew him off, chuckling. This ticked the fandom off! “What’s wild to me is that Kail is literally hearing her oldest son say that her constant rotation of relationships has traumatized him, and she still continues the same pattern,” a fan wrote!

It has been quite a turbulent year for Elliot last year. He made the difficult choice of coming out with his sexuality and changing his name and his whole identity. Kail was with him, supporting him every step of the way. Despite the traumatic side of her relationships, Lowry gives her children the best of everything in their lives!
