The last meal Tyray had wasn’t anything bad in taste. He said he ate like a pig two days before the weight loss surgery. His meal was a full plate of wings. For him, this counted as his last time having wings for some time. The 90 Day Fiance star also filled his tummy with a glass of Jack Daniel’s whisky to combine the wings.

The second meal for the week was shrimp rice, followed by another glass of the same whisky. The quantities he took were insufficient, but he looked satisfied. Next, he made a protein shake with unsweetened almond milk and an affordable protein powder. Additionally, he gulped down collagen and his regular vitamin supplements. It didn’t end there; his friends took him to dinner for a chicken dish and cocktail shots.

Tyray from 90 Day Fiance recently posted a Reel about his saggy skin on Instagram, in collaboration with Goals Plastic Surgery. In the video, he greeted fans shirtless, saying he started at 420 pounds, which may be the heaviest he has ever weighed. He stated he wants to lose 58 pounds from his current weight of 258. 

Tyray is looking forward to firming his skin. The camera moved closer to him, revealing his soft, loose arm skin and lax abdominal skin. He didn’t feel camera-shy at all. He was rather proud of how much he had achieved in his weight-loss program at Goals Plastic Surgery in Atlanta. 

The clinic is working closely with Tyray to determine his preferences for his body. He appeared grateful to have started his weight-loss journey. The reality star is optimistic about losing more weight in the next six months to get approval for skin removal surgery next year. He even joked that everything is currently juicy, ready to firm up.

In the post’s caption, Tyray warned haters not to watch the video if they would be frustrated with him. He likely can’t take hate for being raw. It’s normal for obese people to share their journey with everyone to understand that changes aren’t an overnight thing.
