But it seems that Anna is playing a massive role in Josh’s filings, as she has been helping him with some important documents.

The court documents revealed that Anna was actively involved in helping with some of Josh’s latest legal filings. Duggar News: Josh Duggar Transferred To Federal Medical Facility

TMZ recently told Duggar News followers that Josh Duggar had been moved within the federal prison system. This transfer happened on May 29 after Josh was locked up here from June 2022 until May 2026. As per the noted source, he is at a penitentiary that had prisoners who needed any kind of medical attention or mental health services.

However, it is unclear what medical services Josh Duggar needed. His attorney also wasn’t aware of it, and he claimed that the last time he and Josh spoke, Josh was fine. Hence, his team was looking into the matter. The insider further revealed that Josh Duggar would be near Joe Exotic, as he is also locked up at FMC Fort Worth.

Duggar News: Anna Was Helping Josh With Legal Documents

Duggar News followers recently learned that Josh Duggar used to send and receive drafts of his motion with none other than his wife, Anna Duggar. Apparently, he used to write everything by hand or type it on a typewriter. Then Josh used to send the drafts to Anna via email. Anna Duggar then went through everything and used to put all the physical copies on the computer by typing them in.

Anna then sent all the paperwork to her husband, and all Josh had to do was sign them up. US Weekly recently obtained some court papers that revealed Josh’s deadline was June 24, 2025. However, Josh wasn’t able to file it on time, and he was almost a month late. He filed it on July 29, 2025. This is the reason the judge straight away denied the motion because it was way too late.

But Josh is evidently not ready to accept this rejection at all. He is now bringing up “the prison mailbox rule.” This gives prisoners some kind of leniency on deadlines. The noted source claimed that this applies as far as the legal documents are “deposited in the institution’s internal mailing system on or before the last day for filing.”
