Duggar News has been reporting on Josh Duggar’s motion failing in court for a while now. Recently, someone leaked his private emails to his wife, Anna, that he wrote to her from prison. The couple has been under public scrutiny since those emails went public. Their conversations have surely painted a disturbing picture, leaving the fandom very uncomfortable.
Their hate and disappointment for Anna have since surpassed all bounds. They have started to see her in a whole different light. Not as a hard-working mother but as a brainwashed wife enabling her monstrous husband’s atrocities to prosper. Josh had recently filed for a motion for the reduction of his sentence. Needless to say, Anna helped him with it, but still the judge found it “not credible.”

According to recent Duggar News, Josh Duggar has been having a hard time with all the rejections of his motions. That did not deter him from filing for new ones these past few years. However, there has been a prominent change in the disgraceful public figure’s life. Officials have transferred him to a Federal Medical Center in Fort Worth.
According to sources, the transfer happened on May 29, 2026. The officials, however, have not issued a public statement providing any definite and valid reason. The penitentiary he is currently at provides medical attention and mental health services to its prisoners. The reality tv star’s attorney further revealed that his “office is investigating to verify Josh’s well-being.”
Duggar News today reports another setback for Josh Duggar, despite his wife Anna’s unwavering support. The fandom might know that Josh recently filed yet another motion to reduce his dragged-out sentence. As always, he had the unwavering support and help of his wife, Anna. She apparently played an active role in his recent motion filing.

However, as with every other time, this effort by the couple bore no fruit. Josh had a big help from Anna in transcribing his motion filing and even posting it. Josh additionally claimed that he filed for the motion before the deadline. However, the court documents indicate that his filing was submitted after the deadline. The judge subsequently found his motion “not credible.”
Josh’s excuse and Anna’s absence from court led the judge to rule it out. Apparently, this is not the first time this has happened. Therefore, the judge pointed out that the court can grant him one coincidence, even two or three, but asking the court to believe in flimsy excuses is actually not credible. Thus, this became another failed attempt.
The day his motion was denied also happened to be the day of his transfer to FMC Fort Worth. Although the officials have not issued any statements, people remain clueless about the reason for the transfer. People have now lost all faith in Anna. They are now speculating that she must share the same deranged mentality as Josh to support him like this. For all the latest reality TV updates, stay tuned to TV Season & Spoilers.
