As a newly single woman, Kyle said she wanted an investment she could call her own. “I just want to do something that, as a newly single woman, I can say this is something I’m doing,” she said. She also revealed that real estate is the first thing she checks every morning, and not her emails.

Kyle is no stranger to the property world. She and her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, co-founded The Agency, a luxury real estate brokerage. Two of her daughters are also real estate agents.
