The blogger feels the only reason this spinoff received a green light from the production is that filming all of them reduced production costs. The show will likely focus on Cortney tying the knot to Phil. She has already hinted that her wedding preparation will be a part of the Diaries season. So, fans can expect her to tie the knot in the new Florida-based spinoff.

Jasmine and Matt are also making their comeback on the franchise. Viewers began to wonder why Andrei and Elizabeth were missing from the cast list, as they also live in Florida.
