90 Day Fiance star Patrick Mendes doesn’t seem ready to wait any longer to officially cut ties with his estranged wife, Thais Ramone. He has allegedly filed for a default divorce disposition when the latter failed to respond to his filing before the expiry date. The TLC stars are in the middle of a messy divorce. Thais has already been arrested for domestic violence charges a few weeks after her husband filed for a divorce.

Patrick pulled up the plug on their marriage and demanded sole custody of their daughter, Aleesi. He wanted to call it quits after four years of marriage and a daughter. However, things between them grew ugly, and Ramone turned violent. Well, Patrick seems adamant on getting out of his marriage and filed for a default divorce. What will Thais do? 90 Day Fiance stars Patrick and Thais have been together for over four years and have built a beautiful life with their daughter, Aleesi. Unfortunately, the couple has been dropping hints about their rough patch over the past few months. The reality TV stars are also taking couples therapy on The Last Resort Season 3. Unfortunately, Patrick and Thais decided to mutually part ways when they couldn’t work things out between them.

Mendes filed for sole custody of his daughter. He also appealed for a Honda Ridgeline, a Fidelity 401 (k), and a Tempur-Pedic mattress. The TLC star didn’t demand any child support from his wife because he earns $10k while his wife brings only $5k. Patrick informed the court that he moved out of the house and started living at a different address with his daughter, Aleesi.

Thais Ramone is busy dealing with her own legal mess since her DV arrest. Well, she appears to have failed to respond to the divorce filing while dealing with all the legal drama. Recently, Patrick filed for a default divorce disposition when the 90 Day Fiance star failed to respond before the deadlines. Starcasm reported that he filed the paperwork on June 15.

Thais was given 21 calendar days to respond when her husband filed for the divorce on May 21. However, Nevada state law allows parties to seek summary disposition of a decree if the other party fails to respond before the expiry date. Reports revealed that Mendes can get everything he wants if the court grants the disposition without a hearing.

He might get sole legal and physical custody of their daughter, Aleesi. The reality TV star only gets his daughter 4-5 days a week, while Thais has had her only 3-4 days a week since May 6. Thais and Patrick are already dealing with major trust issues and compatibility challenges. But they love their daughter unconditionally and hope to give her a good life.

Fans hope the 90 Day Fiance stars will find a way to give their daughter a happy environment. Thais already has very few chances of getting Aleesi’s custody because of her legal issues.
