DDWTD star Karen Derrico is in deep legal trouble for her ongoing feud with her ex, Deon Derrico. She is facing serious criminal charges for threatening her former husband and her kids. Shockingly, TMZ obtained a phone call in which the TLC star had a heated conversation with Deon and some of her 14 kids. One of Karen’s children said, “No wonder you said you were going to kill me.”

She denied the claims and corrected her child to reveal what she said. The TLC star stated, “I said I’ll kill you if you piss me off … because you’re disrespecting me because your little behind is enabled.” However, based on the conversation, Karen’s children weren’t really ready to believe her. She kept telling them to respect them and not call her a liar again, as they don’t know what’s going on.

Deon and Karen ended their marriage after 19 years and chose to co-parent their kids. They were among the most non-dramatic couples on TLC during their marriage. However, the DDWTD star appears to have finally spilled all the drama after their divorce. Recently, the officials arrested Karen for serious legal charges based on the messages she sent to her ex, Deon.

The authorities in Nevada charged her with threatening her former partner, their kids, and any partner his ex may have. As per People, the TLC star sent an email to Deon that she wanted him dead. Karen wrote, “I could kill you, and it won’t even bother me to go to jail, and I’ll kill any of my kids if they take your side.”

She indicated that she has a gun and would make sure she dies a slow death. The Doubling Down With The Derricos star told him that there are a lot of cousins, and killing him would be easy. Derrico was also charged with violating a protective order, which was served in April 2026. She even made attempts to stop her ex from appearing in court.

The reality TV star is also facing charges for aggravated stalking, constituting domestic violence, and harassment. However, Karen’s legal team is ready to defend her in court after she pleaded not guilty. They also accused her ex of fabricating the texts.
