In the footage, Tom, Victoria, and her father are sitting at a balcony table. It shows Tom aggressively moving towards Victoria and lunging at her. Her father intervened and tried to move Tom away. However, Tom pushed him into the fire pit behind him, causing the aged man to topple and fall over.

In the footage, Tom did not help him up but rushed inside the house. Victoria helped her father up, who went inside the house after Tom, Victoria following close by. Entertainment Tonight reports that Victoria’s father punched a hole in the door of the room where Tom locked himself. Later, Victoria came in and physically abused him, after which Tom filed the report.

She described it as a casual friendship, saying she liked that she treated him like a normal person. She also revealed that she is still close to DiCaprio’s friend Tobey Maguire.

Victoria met Tom Sandoval through a mutual friend who invited her to one of his concerts. She admitted she was not excited at first, but changed her mind after seeing him perform live.
