Over the years, Leida has set the bar high with her criminal offenses while on TLC. Two dozen charges are pending against her.

Leida wanted the judge to think she has good character and is a trustworthy person. She filed an affidavit of that before her sentencing. Her affidavit claims that in her previous company, she handled accounts and other financial matters as a responsible employee. 90 Day Fiance: Taylor Quits Before Leida’s Hearing!

Ahead of 90 Day Fiance star Leida’s court hearing, Taylor swiftly withdrew from her complicated fraud and baby case. No lawyer would have done that to their client, but leaving Leida alone to fight for herself felt right. She is the reason she has run into trouble at the last minute. Taylor stated the reason why he stepped down. 

Taylor wrote, “I respectfully move this Court for an Order removing me as Mr. Margaretha’s attorney of record and allowing me to withdraw from representing her in the above-cited cases.” He also added that since his client failed to pay for his services for representing her, he wanted to end their attorney-client relationship. The court has granted him permission to step down after his rightful plea.

90 Day Fiance: Leida Secures New Attorney After Losing Taylor —Is She Ready To Shake Up The Courtroom Drama?

Leida from 90 Day Fiance is so legally entangled that she might face additional challenges, including possible further felony charges. She has changed her attorney due to an unfortunate circumstance. After Taylor called it quits with her on official paperwork days before the hearing in Wisconsin, she requested a change of attorney for the second time.

Leida has hired attorney Gene Cisewski, who is her third attorney, to move forward with her ongoing investigation into her little girl’s death. With her new attorney, she should appear in court at the next hearing, on August 18. The June 17 hearing marks Taylor’s stepping away, even though Leida objected.

Before Taylor’s withdrawal, he defended against prosecutors resuscitating the same accusations that Leida has already fought. He told the judge that his client has denied all the allegations because she didn’t commit any wrongdoing. She is thereby prepared to challenge the case. So far, the TLC alum has no criminal charges filed for her daughter’s death.

The authorities stated that the investigation is still underway. But Leida currently has 24 felony counts in her active case. Court records show that she owes Taylor $400.
