Chrisley Knows Best’s Chrisley family returned on the small screen with ‘The Chrisleys: Back To Reality’ on Lifetime. But now that Season 1 ended last year, fans have asked whether the docuseries will return. Todd and Julie’s pardon got them a beautiful yet emotional homecoming. The moments teared up viewers.
Savannah and Chase became executive producers for their family show. They had Julie and Todd start filming for the episodes right after they returned home. Both of them were excited for their reality TV comeback after two years of imprisonment. Their return marked a significant impact on how strangers perceived them as criminals. The show gave solid raw content, revealing Todd and Julie’s harsh treatment in prison and the aftermath of their release.
Chrisley Knows Best alum Todd is so over the moon to revive Chrisley Confessions and launch a new one. He took his boys, Chase and Grayson, with him to run Two Sons and Me. The sons are more than glad to join their dad in his new venture. Todd informed Julie that their new podcast has been well-received by listeners.
Julie replied to Todd that she hadn’t listened to the podcast yet. She reminded him that a recording of it is lined up. He said it is and thanked God for having mercy on them. Julie then stated that she is a little nervous about listening to the new podcast. Todd backed that, saying their children have foul mouths. In the new podcast, Chase roasted Todd, and Grayson had the best laughter of his life witnessing them.
‘The Chrisleys: Back To Reality’ served as the closing chapter on the prison sentences of Chrisley Knows Best stars Todd and Julie following their infamous 2023 arrest. The couple was allowed to walk free from their federal prison in May 2025, bringing them back onscreen. Lifetime team behind the lens has perfectly justified the Chrisley family appearance after Savannah’s fierce fight with the judicial system.

As Season 1 wrapped up with a couple of episodes on family matters and legal troubles, fans are still waiting for the show’s renewal. Lifetime so far hasn’t announced its decision on whether to renew its contract with the Chrisley fandom board. Hence, it’s unclear whether the network is in the process of approving another season for the docuseries – the future looms in darkness.
But Todd was excited about his comeback next season with Julie until he recently discussed his new venture. In his new podcast, he shared that he is trying to work on a different project, a show of his own. He has actually stolen Chase’s idea for a family show, even if he denies it.
Then again, Todd and Julie are probably ready to set out their foot from their Tennessee home for South Carolina. They would invest in a mansion for a boutique hotel business and a show around it. While the plan sounded extremely convincing, the Lifetime stars haven’t revisited it in a long time. Stay tuned to TV Season & Spoilers for further updates.
