As the goats ate out of Paula’s hand, her fears vanished as she burst out laughing. Then she tried her luck with the feeding with a bucket herself. However, the sound she made with the food had the baby goats running towards her, which scared her a bit. They gave her a good chase until she threw the bucket away. His mother retorted that Paula was not a farm girl.

Thomas subsequently pointed out that he cleaned it up for her arrival. He had also bought a table, but only for the name. That is because it was tiny and could not act as a dining table. In her later confessional, she could not fathom where her fiance was getting these ideas for such peculiar designs. She felt that he was referring to some camping catalog, maybe.
