The noted page initially didn’t reveal who Johannah’s fiancé was and teased its followers. However, it was finally revealed to be none other than David Swanson. Many long-term Duggar fans might remember Lauren Swanson. David is the younger brother of Lauren Swanson. Apparently, Lauren walked down the aisle with Josiah Duggar in 2018, and ever since then, the Swanson and Duggar families have been closely connected with each other.

Apparently, David comes from a large family. He has ten siblings and is the son of Dwain and Lana Swanson. When the Swansons appeared on 19 Kids & Counting, they were a much smaller household, with only five children.
