In an interview with ET Online, Tarik opened up about his discontent with his brother, Dean. He remarked that there’s “absolutely” bad blood with his brother. He continued by saying that things got tensed between them, in fact, pretty ugly. So much so that Dean tried to get his brother fired from the show. He further claimed that Dean asked the showrunners to fire his brother for he was supposed to do the show alone. After all, as Dean says, he is the star. Thus, Hashim played the role of kicking his brother out of the Pillow Talk.

Tarik is not the one to make claims in the dust. He shared about confirming this news from a “100 percent credible” source. Moreover, he went on to ask the people behind the scenes to testify to the rumor. And guess, everything turned out to be true. Tarik noted that if his brother backstabbed only after tasting some fame, he was not his brother at all. Meanwhile, his fiancee, Hazel, notes that Dean Hashim is jealous of his brother.

Tarik Tried Talking To Dean, Misses Brother Now

Tarik further shared that he tried to talk things out with Dean. However, his brother was not interested in having any communication. Things started to bother Tarik when Dean’s actions started hurting Hazel. And that happened to be the nail in the coffin. Despite all the differences, Tarik wishes the best for his brother. After all, blood is thicker than water. However, he does miss his brother who was way different before the reality faced Tarik.
