Ed is prepared to star on The Single Life, the new 90 Day Fiance spinoff previously reported by TV Season & Spoilers. After 8 months from his split with Rose, Big Ed asked himself whether he was ready to get back out there once again. To make things easier for him, he hired a dating coach. She provided him a lot of insights into himself and made him realize that he doesn’t have to settle for someone who doesn’t love him. As for the biggest lesson from his time with Rose, Ed shamelessly joked that he learned not to tell a girl to brush her teeth on international TV.
He also revealed that what attracted him to Rose in the first place was that she admired him and it felt good. Big Ed said that Rose opened his heart to love and after coming back to San Diego he found someone. According to him, that’s what love is. He defines love as something that catches you off guard and there is always a level of uncertainty about whether it’s going to work out or not.

Big Ed gave an insight into his bad luck in finding love on The Single Life. He got catfished on 6 dating sites by 15 different people. The US magazine reported that the reality TV star got emotional while describing the experience. He also opened up about how he didn’t feel that he was good enough. But his dating coach questioned him why he was ready to settle for someone who didn’t love him. That caught him off guard and he started to make some changes. His coach also taught him how to ask a woman out.

Who would want to be with someone who didn’t practice Personal Hygiene. After being married a long time and getting into Dating again, I did exactly what Ed did, get tested for all known STD’s. Coming off a divorce and reading all the horror stories about STD’s, my now new love embraced getting tested to ensure both people are clean, especially in this day and age when new STD’s are popping up all the time. Rose lived in squalor, both at home and work. Big Ed did exactly the right thing. Women who don’t come from money have to earn it anyway possible, including Prostitution. It’s considered a job there. I didn’t see anything Ed did that would make Rose get up and leave, except being called out on her hygiene.
