Spoilers suggest that Nina will channel her pain and turn it into a rage against Carly Corinthos, Willow, Michael, and anyone else who she thinks was responsible for making Nelle’s life difficult. It will be Nina’s way of dealing with all the guilt she is feeling for not being able to help Nelle when she was still alive. It looks like the woman will go after the custody or at least the visitation. Nina might also try to cause issues in Wiley’s adoption and infuriate Willow.

All this would reignite Nina and Willow’s war.
