Therefore, Madhouse Studio still has content from the last 100 chapters to produce Claymore Season 2. They can easily make another installment of the series with the remaining source material.

Both the manga and the anime series gained a lot of popularity and developed a huge fan following. The ratings of the anime were great, and it has a good score of 7.77 on MyAnimeList. The show is ranked at #220 in popularity on the same platform. The release of the anime adaptation also boosted the sales of its manga series, which seems to be the main reason why the studio produced it in the first place. Despite being successful enough, the makers never renewed the show for a second run. Now, after the hiatus of 13 years, the renewal of Claymore Season 2 is very unlikely.
