The 22nd episode of JJK began with Nobara, Megumi, Yuji, and Atara investigating the murders that are happening in the city. So far, three murders have taken place, and all of them died under the same circumstance. All of the victims went to the same school that Fushiguro attended. So, while they were investigating at the school, Fushiguro met his classmate. She revealed that she went to the Yasohachi bridge along with Tsumiki.
Megumi knew they would encounter the powerful cursed spirits in that mission, so he told Nobara and Yuji that other sorcerers would take their place. After that, he went under the bridge along, but Yuji and Nobara were already present there. By the end of the episode, they were confronted by a special grade cursed spirit.
