However, he turned out to be a carrier of artificial blood, Ascra. Earlier, Suwa managed to find a victim of a vampire attack. Now, they will look out for that certain vampire. He could be hiding somewhere among the crowd in the festival.
Now, in Mars Red Episode 4, the Code Zero unit will speed up their hunt for this vampire. They want to find and restrict his movements before he can attack anyone else. It seems like Tomika is his next target, but no one is safe as long as the vampire is roaming freely.

On the other hand, Tokuichi reveals to Shuutarou that he was married to a woman named Tomiko. He also discloses that she would be releasing a lantern during the festival, and he now wishes to talk to her at least one more time.
